Ky-Mani

Ky-ManiHis third album, untitled, is close to completion, Ky-mani definitely is a celebrity on his own. Ky-mani is the son of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis champion) as well as Anita Belnavis (the Jamaican table tennis champion). He was born on the 26th of February 1977 in Falmouth. East African words for Ky-mani are a reference to an adventurous traveler. In the sense of an East African man, his recordings and journeys can be described as an adventure. The Journey was his first musical venture. With an eclectic vision he sought out his uniqueness, roaming the musical spectrum discovering his various talents. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Kymani's "traditional" reggae album. It brought out Kymani's mature self. Many More Roads, as and The Journey, were well received around the world and established Ky-mani as an self-made "artist". Ky-Mani is renowned for his distinct blend of hip-hop and R&B and a hint of contemporary jazz.
