Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1 1989) is an American actor. She played Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is her character from Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was an New York City native born in September 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote in the New York Post and now works for Fox Sports. Emma Kenney has the exact same town as Emmy Rossum. The actress was born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19, plays sassy daughter Debbie on the breakout Showtime TV series Shameless. The majority of her childhood was spent in the Garden State. Kenney was also Darlene Gilbert (Sara Gilbert)'s daughter Harris in Roseanne.
